Some unfortunate news
It it with sadness that we have to report that we have had message from Corina Tettinger advising us that she can no longer consider the visit in the summer to teach at the GBUK bead fair as a strong possibility.
Those that applied for the lessons were all within the numbers we could accommodate and all would have been offered a place.
All is not lost though, and after talking with Barbara Beadman at Plowden & Thompsons Glass Stourbridge, we are in discussions with other well known flamework tutors to offer a range of day classes during the run in to the bead fair week ending 26th August 2007.
We would dearly hope that after all that’s gone into making a full week of classes at P&T’s Lampwork studio, we can still offer members an excellent alternative and for you all.
I hope you understand that with the best will in the world, this Corina session just alluded us and we hope you’ll be pleased with our alternative tutors and the disciplines we hope to offer very soon.
We will keep you informed as to the alternative arrangements.
