Ray Skene

rayskene
Ray started his glass career with lessons from Diana East at the turn of the Millennium. He continues to make glass beads and sculpture, also teaching lampwork himself at his twin burner studio near Cardiff.

Since learning bead making Ray has taken a summer school course in flameworked sculptural soft glass on the island of Murano Venice with Lucio Bubacco. Next planned course will be with Loren Stump during the Glass Festival at Stourbridge, August 2006.
