You can find Georgina’s work under the name of Fire Works. She first sparked a torch in 2002, and never looked back. She has dabbled in many different types of glass work over the years, but lampwork is her true love. She works in both soft glass and borosilicate, as colour is her main inspiration, and she wants access to it all!
Georgina recently became the UK Troll Bead demo person at their events. This has allowed her to explore small detailed work, but she really loves to create large one of a kind focals.
In November 2008 she took the next big step. Georgina opened a beautiful 6 person teaching studio and gallery shop called Fire Works Gallery and Studio in Bristol. She now adds new lampworkers to the UK on a regular basis!
