Working from my converted caravan studio, I have been lampworking since 2007. Initially I was drawn to glass through mosaic and then fusing, but once I discovered you could actually melt glass at home to make beautiful beads I was totally hooked.
I take much of my inspiration from the beautiful Yorkshire Coast where I live and work, teaching lampworking and jewellery making. The colours I use within my work vary widely as the seasons change and the landscape alters. I never tire of this beautiful medium and actively crave my torch when I am unable to melt glass – such is my addiction. Please contact me should you want to join the adventure that is ‘Lampworking.’
