Emma Mackintosh
Based in the English Lake District, I began making beads in January 2006. The Lakes are full of dramatic, sweeping landscapes, bright and colourful gardens and water (lots of water!), and these influences tend to find their way into my beads.
I mainly use borosilicate glass, which I love for its clarity, strength, depth and range of colours.
